Terms of Commission

Pricing

My rates depend on style, complexity and deadline. Every project is unique, so when requesting a quote please provide as much detail as possible — I'll give you a flat rate quoted per project once I've reviewed the details. I'm open to a small paid art test before larger projects; it's treated as a regular commission.

Payment

Prices are quoted in USD. You may choose full payment upfront, a 50/50 split (50% upfront and 50% before file delivery), or milestone payments for larger projects. Accepted payment method: PayPal.

Refund Policy

If a project is canceled after work begins, a full refund isn't possible due to time already invested.

• Upfront payments: a partial refund is issued based on progress.
• 50/50 payments: the first payment is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers time invested.

Delivery & Response Times

Once we discuss your idea, I'll provide a rough sketch and references. For larger works (e.g. backgrounds) I'll send progress updates and questions as needed. My working timezone is GMT+3; response times vary with workload and project size, but I always aim to communicate promptly.

Satisfaction Guarantee

I aim to deliver high-quality work and a smooth collaboration. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Minor adjustments are welcome; major changes beyond the initial scope may require an additional fee.

Intellectual Property

All sketches, WIPs and final files remain my copyright and may be used in my portfolio or promotional material. You're welcome to edit my work after purchase, but please credit me as a collaborator: Salvatore (Salvapixel). If your project needs to be kept confidential, let me know and provide an NDA.
